Emergency crews were called to the Lake Shore area of ​​Boulevard West and Superior Avenue shortly after 5:30 a.m. Thursday for reports of two pedestrians being hit by a white SUV. Toronto rescuers said three people were found dead at the scene. Investigators confirmed that all two pedestrians and the driver were killed in the collision.
