The official global unveiling is scheduled for March 31, but of course not much remains to be known, as the design and specifications of the OnePlus 10 Pro have already been revealed. However, there are still some things we are waiting to learn and we have them in detail below.
1. The price
This is probably the biggest question left about the OnePlus 10 Pro – how much will it cost. We know that in China it starts at 4,699 yuan, which is about $ 740/560 £ / 990 $ AU, however we do not expect exact conversions. The price of the OnePlus 9 Pro may be more useful, as it started at 29 829 (approximately $ 969, $ 1,250 AU $) for 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. However, this model was not available in the US, where you could only buy the 12 GB / 256 GB model, which costs 1.0 1,069 / 29 929 (approximately $ 1,400 AU). In any case, it is possible that the OnePlus 10 Pro will have a similar price, but at the moment we really do not know.
2. The release date
(Image credit: OnePlus) We know the OnePlus 10 Pro will make its global unveiling on March 31st and you can pre-order it after that, but it’s not the time it will ship and we’re still not sure what the date will be. It may be at least a week later, and it may be even longer. So while you’ll probably be able to get your hands on it a long time ago, we do not know exactly when.
3. RAM and storage
We technically know the amounts of RAM and storage for the OnePlus 10 Pro, or rather we know the amounts in China, but configurations may differ slightly. In China, you can get a OnePlus 10 Pro with 128 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage and 12 GB of RAM or 512 GB of storage and 12 GB of RAM. These are quite different options, so we would not expect others elsewhere, but it is possible that some of them will not be offered or only some areas will receive some of them (just as the US did not receive as many OnePlus 9 Pro configurations as the US Kingdom). Even in the UK, although you can only get the OnePlus 9 Pro with either 128 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM or 256 GB of storage and 12 GB of RAM, it is possible that the OnePlus 10 Pro capacities reflect that. , but we do not know.
4. If we will get the Extreme Edition
The OnePlus 10 Pro Extreme Edition (Image credit: OnePlus) We mentioned storage capacity above, but the OnePlus 10 Pro’s top storage capacity – the 12 GB / 512 GB – is actually a special model called the OnePlus 10 Pro Extreme Edition. Available in Panda White, the other versions are not available, but are otherwise the same phone. So will we get the Extreme Edition worldwide or will we be limited to lower capacities and the choice of shades Volcanic Black or Emerald Forest? At the moment we are not sure.
