Florida prosecutors are taking issue with the game of model Courtney Clenney, 26, and her legal eagles. Clenney allegedly stabbed his friend Christian Obumseli, 27, to death with a kitchen knife during a heated fight in their luxury Miami high-rise apartment last April.
