Fire crews from Torquay, Paignton, Buckfastleigh and a special rescue team from Exmouth attended the scene and managed to rescue the bull safely. A specialist veterinarian was also available to monitor the animal’s well-being throughout. Pictures from the spot show the bull coming out of the pool with a leash and the help of firefighters. The Buckfastleigh Fire Station has since taken to social media to confirm that the bull has been carefully removed from the pool and is now back in safety.
