Calgary Street pastor Artur Pawlowski is accused of violating a peace order and committing disorder by inciting others to block the use of public property. The allegations relate to his participation in a rally at a roadblock on Highway 4 off the Milk River in Altai, and later in a video speech telling protesters to continue their fight against government orders. A judge denied Pawlowski’s release on Feb. 9, but Court of Queen’s Bench judge Gaylene Kendall granted bail on Friday after a review. Pawlowski is required to pay $ 25,000 in bail, as well as $ 10,000 bail from his wife and an additional $ 2,000 from his son. It is below 7 p.m. until 7 p.m. traffic ban other than attending church.
