The San Jose Police Department in California released images of a quarrel that led to police shootings inside a restaurant.
“One of the participants pointed a gun at another person; one of the arriving officers fired a pistol and hit the suspect at least once,” SJPD Christian Camarillo told the NBC Bay Area.
The match took place on Sunday morning inside the La Victoria Taqueria in San Jose. Police responded to reports of a man with a gun inside the restaurant.
Daisy Manzano, a student in the state of San Jose, said she “heard two gunshots and a handful of police officers and everyone was running in that direction.”

Mercury News reported Monday afternoon that police shot a man who disarmed another man during a fight inside the restaurant.
The photos appear to show suspects fighting on the restaurant floor, as well as suspects throwing punches at each other. Police also released a body camera of a suspect who appeared to be holding a gun.

The police department will give a press conference on Tuesday about the shooting by the police. The man who was shot is expected to survive.
