Adolescent is considered armed and dangerous

Ottawa police said Friday that a 16-year-old boy was charged with first-degree murder. Police said the teenager had fled the William E. Hay Center on Hawthorne Road, a facility for 12- to 17-year-old men who are either in custody or in custody. The teenager, who is from Ottawa, probably has access to firearms and should be considered armed and dangerous, police said. Where he is at the moment is unknown.
