A weekend spring break in a California beach community ended with many arrests and dozens of reports, authorities said Sunday. Deltopia, an unapproved spring break among students at the University of California, Santa Barbara, brought large crowds over the weekend to Isla Vista, a neighborhood in Santa Barbara County. No serious injuries have been reported since the weekend.
