A driver was recorded by the camera heading north on the southern lanes of Highway 97 on Tuesday, just outside the Penticton near Sage Mesa Road. Renee Hughes shot the video of a white car heading in the wrong direction just before 12:30 p.m. “You can see the white car in front of me in the left lane, [it] moved quickly. “It was scary,” he said, describing the video. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. Castanet has contacted the RCMP for more information and will update.
