According Express UKRoyal biographer Angela Levin claimed that William’s shocking statement on his return from a royal tour of the Caribbean included a message for Prince Harry. In his statement, William referred to the growing Republican sentiment in the region, saying: “Kathryn and I are committed to the ministry. For us, this does not tell people what to do. The point is to serve them and support them in whatever way they think is best. ” Levin claimed that the “do not tell people what to do” comment was in fact directed at Prince Harry, who has been fighting for many different reasons since Megxit. Talking about Sky News, Levin said: “I think William is right, I think it worked very well to tell him how he felt without telling people what to do – which I thought was also an excavation for his brother.” Levin’s comment came just hours before the royal family gathered, without Harry, at Westminster Abbey in London for the memorial service for Prince Philip.
