Kyle Darren Eglington escaped from a truck transporting detainees to court in Hardy Road, Poole, after attacking security officers on Saturday. Police believe Eglington may have shaved his head and beard since he escaped. He has been characterized as white, 5’11 and of medium physique, with dark brown hair and beard. The force continues to search for him, with the help of the helicopter of the National Aviation Police Service and the British Transport Police. Investigations revealed that he may have been in Bournemouth’s West Howe area in the early hours of the morning. Chief Inspector Neil Wright said: “We believe he may have changed his appearance significantly and therefore will look different from the last picture we have of him. “I urge anyone who sees Kyle, or a man who fits the description given, to tell us. “There is nothing at the moment to suggest that it poses a danger to the general public, however, we will urge people not to approach it and call 999 immediately.” Englington was remanded in custody after being charged with robbery in connection with an incident in Bournemouth on Thursday and appeared in the Poole Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
