Driver Charged After Downtown Halifax Hit And Run

Police say the victim, a man in his 20s, was on the road when they arrived at Block 1600 at around 1 p.m. Witnesses gave the driver a description of the driver and the vehicle and the police managed to locate the suspect after an investigation in the area. The categories faced by the driver include failure to stop at the scene of the accident, failure to stop at a stop sign and non-compliance with the terms of a new license.
