The 38-year-old was found driving the luxury car, with 3 kilos of cannabis inside, while he was excluded.  Police pulled the car into the M56, near Runcorn, on Sunday, August 29, 2021. 
Following the stop, Walker was arrested and charged with a number of driving offenses and cannabis withdrawal.  He was also charged with possession of counterfeit coins as counterfeit 8 3,800 notes were also found in the car.

He pleaded not guilty to possession of counterfeit coins, claiming the money was used to play poker with friends. At the time he pleaded guilty to the other offenses, defense attorney Michael Davis described the defense case as arguing that the notes were “of such poor quality that they could never be misunderstood with real money.” Lawyer Jayne Morris added that Walker had said it was for use in playing poker “like Monopoly money”. At a trial last week, Walker was acquitted after two days of counterfeiting. He was convicted of cannabis and driving offenses. On Thursday, March 24, a judge at Chester Crown Court sentenced Walker, from Beetham Plaza in downtown Liverpool, to 15 months in prison.
