The bomber struck shortly after 10 p.m. at a refinery in Lockwood, just outside Billings, the Billings Gazette reported. The explosion provoked a massive response from many services. No injuries were reported, according to Yellowstone County Sheriff Mike Linder. The causes of the explosion are being investigated. The Billings Fire Department said it was responding to a “construction fire” at the industrial plant. Witnesses said they heard a loud explosion and saw smoke and flames rising from the refinery. The Billings Police Department evacuated the area and urged people to stay away, according to KURL.
