A Florida man is wanted after he hit a 73-year-old man in a Publix parking lot on Saturday during a dispute over whether he nearly hit the elderly man with his truck, authorities said. Winter Haven police have issued an arrest warrant for 43-year-old Donald Ray Walker of the Indian Lake Estates, who remains at large after a video captured him brutally beating the victim, Winter Haven police said Monday. The vehicle was slowing down and the two men had a verbal exchange. As the truck began to move away, police said the elderly man began walking towards the exit where the vehicle was heading. The driver allegedly stopped, got out of the car and punched the victim. The surveillance video shows the victim falling to the ground while the suspect punches him repeatedly. Police said the suspect snatched the victim’s cell phone and smashed it to the ground. Donald Ray Walker, 43, was seen eating with his family at the China Buffet before the attack, police said.
