By Nigel Maxwell Crime March 25, 2022 | 5:26 p.m. A fourth person has been arrested and charged with the death of Prince Albert last December in Regina. Ryan Sparvier, 26, faces a second-degree murder charge and made his first appearance in court on Friday morning. The case dates back to Thursday, December 16, 2021, when police were called to Regina’s Greenberg Park at approximately 5:15 p.m. to report a dead person. Members of the Regina Fire and Protection Service were already at the scene and EMS had confirmed that the person had died. The victim was later identified as 22-year-old Harvey Beatty.
