The Edmonton Fire Department responded to the incident around 3:30 p.m. with six crews. According to EFRS spokesman Rowan Anderson, about 26 people were trapped in Havoc after a hydraulic lift stuck. The maintenance crews were able to safely release the hydraulic lift fault and restore the path to the ground. Anderson said all the riders were rescued at 3:58 p.m. No EFRS injuries were reported.
