The Houston Transtar verified the collision of two vehicles at 5:54 p.m. which ended with a patrol unit by Deputy County Sheriff Harris on fire. Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said in a tweet that a deputy police officer, who was said to be in the vehicle that was engulfed in flames, did not get out of the vehicle.
