According to the just-released public sector payroll release – more commonly known as the Sunshine List – Trillium’s staff were listed as four of the top five employees in Mississauga last year. The list is published each year to identify provincial and municipal government employees who earn more than $ 100,000 a year. The purpose of the list is to provide transparency to the spending standards of government agencies and services. The local winner was Michelle DiEmanuele, president of Trillium Health Partners, which oversees Credit Valley, Mississauga and Queensway hospitals. Earned $ 685,368.02 in 2021. A former recipient of the Order of Ontario, DiEmanuele has since been seconded to serve as Ontario’s chief of staff and deputy prime minister to Prime Minister Doug Ford. Next on the list is Dr. Dante Mora, Trillium’s chief of staff, who earned $ 584,033.46 last year. Karli Farrow, current president of Trillium and former executive vice president, patient care and services director at the hospital system, won $ 509,575.61. Bridget Fewtrell, president and CEO of the ErinoakKids Center for Treatment and Development is next at $ 482,883.75. ErinoakKids is a medical, therapeutic and support service center for children and young people with physical and developmental disabilities.
