Publisher No More Robots has announced two new titles set in the Hypnospace universe by developer Tendershoot: Dreamsettler, a sequel to Hypnospace Outlaw. and Slayers X, a “boomer shooter” comedy from Hypnospace fan favorite Zane Lofton. Dreamsettler is an alternative internet simulator of the ’00s, in which you browse the Somnius Sleepnet as a digital private eye, accepting email requests, downloading new applications and uncovering conspiracies. Slayers X (or to use its full name: Slayers X: Terminal Aftermath: Vengance of the Slayer) is a first-person shooter starring Zane Lotfon, who must tackle the terrible evil known as The Psyko Sindikate. The gameplay is definitely reminiscent of older FPS titles like DOOM and Duke Nukem, with a strong emphasis on absurdity and dark humor.
