The clipping video depicted a somewhat complicated but not insurmountable process to get inside this small metal rectangle and there were not many surprises. The video identified some ports, showed the removal of the logic board and perhaps most notably, revealed a cooling system with two fans inside the machine.
Further, iFixit talked about the much-discussed SSD exchange status. It is possible to switch from storage provided you are using storage of the same size and type, at least — but this requires the use of a firmware update reset (DFU). (Read our article on the subject for more on that.)

But replacing a component with an exact copy is not the same as replacing an upgrade, which may remain elusive as expected.
Destroy iFixit Mac Studio
The entrance was not impossible, but it was not easy either. The iFixit had to detach the rubber foot of the device to access the first screws of the case and noted that the cooling fans buried inside would be difficult to clean. But the good thing about maintenance is that the modular doors can come and go easily, and the entire housing is mostly accessible with a screwdriver without the risk of damage.
Overall, iFixit gave Mac Studio a 6 out of 10 repairability rating, a number we’ve seen in the past for Apple products.
The video also included a quick cut of the studio screen. There is not much to say about the Studio screen, other than that its interior looks like a naked iMac. IFixit also noted that the webcam is similar to a camera on the iPhone 11.
Take a look and watch the video if you want more details.
