We know Instagram has become a social media giant, allowing people to easily share photos and videos. But it seems that even this visually oriented platform is not immune to the lure of social audio tools like Twitter Spaces, Facebook Live Audio Rooms or Clubhouse. You can already send voice notes via Instagram DM, but an interesting discovery by Alessandro Paluzzi — a developer who flips apps to find upcoming new features — suggests that more Instagram sound might be on the way. On Saturday, Paluzzi shared a screenshot of Instagram Stories with a microphone icon in the reply to stories area and made it clear that Insta was “working to be able to reply to Stories with voice messages.” This comes a few months after he noted that the Meta-owned site was working on a grid processing facility. The ANDROIDPOLICE VIDEO OF THE DAY Of course, at this point, there are a lot of unknowns – developers sometimes prepare for upcoming functions that eventually do not materialize. It may also be inaccurate to compare this feature (if added) with social sound like Spaces or Clubhouse. If nothing else, it looks more like Snapchat, as you can also reply to stories on this voicemail site. Even if the response to Story via audio arrives and is a derivative of Snapchat, it could be a huge success for users, adding a new, perhaps more personal dimension to the way Instagram Stories work. There is no information yet beyond what Paluzzi has discovered, so one is visually impressed when Instagram will release this feature. We will follow the upcoming updates.
