Katie Price and fiancé Carl Woods have divorced and annulled their upcoming marriage, according to information. It comes after the couple recently vacationed in Thailand and planned to get married later this year. The couple had also spoken openly about working together for a baby, with Katie saying she had already had IVF in an effort to have a sixth child. However, sources told The Sun that the couple decided to part ways after the stress accumulated due to the ongoing court cases. Both Katie and Carl are said to be “very sad” about the situation. The Mirror contacted both Katie and Carl’s representatives for comment. It comes just a day after fans speculated that Katie and Carl may have split after Katie appeared without her engagement ring in a recent social media post. On Wednesday, Carl appeared in Colchester Court after being charged by police under Section 4 of the Public Order Act following his arrest in August. The indictment read out in court that on August 22, Woods allegedly used “threatening and abusive” language against another person in order to “make him believe that direct violence would be” used “against them. When asked how he admitted the charge, Woods replied: “innocent.” Defendant Leigh Hart said the allegations were related to an incident “in which the defendant had a fight with his partner at his home address. “The partner left his address and went to another property.” Carl shared a cryptic message about loyalty on Instagram ( Picture: Instagram) He claimed that Woods “followed his partner and tried to push the door of this property while shouting outside in the street”. Earlier this month, it was revealed that Katie could face jail time after being charged with violating her restraining order against Kieran Hayler’s ex-fiancée Michelle Penticost. The former glamor model was accused of harassment, as she allegedly sent an “aggressive” message to Michelle in January. He is due to appear in court next month. The reality star was later arrested by police on January 21 and spent 12 hours in a cell. Sussex police told the Mirror: “On Friday, January 21, police arrested a woman on suspicion of violating a restrictive order. Katie Price, 43, has since been charged with harassment – a violation of a restrictive decree. He will appear in Crawley court on Tuesday, April 12. ” Her arrest came just a month after she was sentenced to 16 weeks in prison, which was suspended for a year, following a car accident she had before Christmas. Katie drove her BMW X5 at 6 in the morning after a night full of drinks and drugs. A judge is expected in Crawley, West Sussex, on April 12.
