It happened near Highway 50 and Mayfield Road after 12:30 p.m.
Peel police say two vehicles were involved in the collision and one person was taken to a trauma center for treatment.
The victim, who investigators identified as a 28-year-old, suffered life-threatening injuries but is expected to survive.
