First of all, themselves.” On Monday, France announced it would deport 35 Russian diplomats for Moscow’s actions in Ukraine, and Germany declared a “significant number” of Russian diplomats undesirable. “If this continues, it would be right, as I wrote on February 26, to close the door to the Western embassies,” Medvedev said. “It will be cheaper for everyone. And then we will end up looking at each other in no other way than with guns.”
