The call came around 5:40 p.m. in a business in the area of Oxford Street west and Wharncliffe Road north. Police say the suspects “showed a lot of firearms”, searched for property and fled the store in a vehicle waiting outside. Police have been able to locate the suspect vehicle, but no suspects have been found yet. Several spectators were reportedly at the operation at the time of the incident and a staff member was shot and taken to hospital for minor injuries.
