Police Officer David Hopkinson says the first reports of the crash on Thursday afternoon suggest that three people showed no vital signs as they were being treated by paramedics. He says two pedestrians were also hit, but police do not yet know the total number of people injured. Hopkinson says it is too early to say what caused the conflict. As he said, all the roads in the area have been closed as the police conduct investigations.
