The Guardian has confirmed that the eldest daughter of former President Donald Trump and a former senior White House adviser will speak virtually at the panel. Her testimony will come after that of her husband and former presidential adviser, Jared Kouchner, who spoke to the panel for more than six hours last week. Confirmation week continues for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson as Democrats consider efforts to make Jackson the first black woman to be confirmed in the Supreme Court by the end of the week. Jackson is already expected to clear the way, with Susan Collins, the Republican senator from Maine, pledging last week to step down from the party line and back it.
