The incident started shortly before 5 pm along the highway 11, where police together with a K-9 unit and a police helicopter stopped two controversially stolen vehicles. According to police, the two men fled on foot and were immediately arrested by police. A 19-year-old and a 28-year-old are in custody facing a number of charges related to the incident.
