Gold Factors owner Alan Goodschild arrived at the family jewelers on Monday morning to find that the store had been raided.  Hours later, a police car and a crime scene van remained parked on Linthorpe Street after the alleged burglary. 
Official details of the incident have not yet been confirmed by Cleveland police.  Teesside Live approached the power of comment. 
However, Mr Goodchild says he estimates he’s missing more than 180 180,000 worth of gold from his shop.

I’ve worked for 41 years just to have someone remove it like that, it’s unbelievable.” The owner of the jewelry store says that he believes that suspects entered the back of the store from some scaffolding.
