Peloton users and new members enjoy Peloton’s newest product, the Peloton Guide. The fitness giant announced on Tuesday that the new Peloton driver is for sale in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. Peloton first introduced the TV-set-top box equipped with a camera late last year. Through a wide-angle camera that uses AI technology, it analyzes and comments on your form and allows you to see yourself as you train at home through your TV. The Peloton Guide is also able to identify which of your muscle groups need rest or are ready to be targeted by your workout, creating a personalized exercise experience. Peloton already offers hundreds of categories and options to choose from, but is expanding its range with some new power classes. The three new categories that will be included in the roster are: Floor Bootcamp, Split Programs and Strength Roll Call. The Floor Bootcamp kicks off on April 11 with a 12-class program that combines HIIT and strength with instructors Jess Sims and Selena Samuela. This class requires only a mat and some weights. The Split Programs start on April 18 and focus on a traditional intermediate to advanced strength training program that can be done three to five days a week. Finally, Strength Roll Call will include all strength trainers teaching live at the same time each week. Peloton plans to edit a collection of weekly lessons that will be available exclusively in the Peloton Guide. The Peloton guide keeps you on track with your workout program because it knows which parts of the body you need to work on each class.
