The light aircraft crashed into the uninhabited apartments in Upper Heyford around noon today. The pilot has “several injuries”, but no one else has been injured. Thames Valley police said there was a small cordon around the apartments and no one had been evacuated yet. Following are photos from the scene, taken by photographer Ed Nix:
