Traffic reporter Inrix reports that the incident happened on A386 Tavistock Street. It happened between Looseleigh Lane (Derriford roundabout) and B3432 Morgan Road (Jeorge Junction). The vehicle allegedly crashed into traffic lights, the service said, adding that traffic was working well. It comes as toadworks in Bretonside, Drake Circus, Embankment Road, Plymouth Road and Tavistock Road are among the new projects starting this week.
