A man was killed and two women were injured in a shooting at a mall in Virginia on Saturday night, police said. Norfolk police were called to the MacArthur Center around 6:25 p.m., the department said in a press release. The women, who were shot in the ankles, were taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening. Police Chief Larry Boone told news agencies that the shooting was sparked by an argument over money and that he believed the victim and the suspect were related. Boone said he did not know if the two women were related to the perpetrator or the man killed. The names of the victims were not immediately released. Several roads in the area were blocked as authorities conducted an investigation. Police later Saturday night shared photos of a suspect and a man of interest, asking the public for help in locating them. The shooting happened on the same day as the funeral of 25-year-old reporter Sierra Jenkins from Virginia-Pilot, who was one of two people killed less than two blocks from the mall in March. Authorities say Jenkins was shot dead as he was leaving a bar.
