POTSWILL, Pennsylvania (AP) – A section of an interstate highway in Pennsylvania reopened early Wednesday, days after a blizzard led to a deadly crash that killed at least three people and injured dozens more. The lanes north of Interstate 81 reopened shortly after midnight after crews completed clearing the crash site, state police said on Twitter.
