An interview with Marianna Vishemirskaya, who was injured in the attack on Mariupol hospital on the south coast, appeared on the channel “Barbie at War”, a pro-Russian YouTube channel focusing on the events around Donbas in eastern Ukraine. It was not clear where the interview with Ms Vishemirskaya, who is from Mariupol, took place, or how she was motivated. Ukrainian activists have said the Russian military is forcing refugees from Mariupol to relocate to Russia or to Russian-backed rebel-held areas, and that Ms Vishemirskaya may be in rebel-held Donetsk. Millions of people around the world saw the photo of Ms Vishemirskaya after the attack on the maternity hospital, which killed four people on March 9, putting her at the center of a propaganda storm. Despite evidence of war crimes, Russia said the attack was the result of a laser-guided missile at a nearby building where Ukrainian special forces were hiding.
