The regulator accused Wikipedia of hosting false information about what Russia calls a “special operation” in Ukraine and about the actions of the Russian military as well. Under Russian law, the owner of an Internet resource that does not delete illegal information when asked by Roskomnadzor can be fined up to 4 million rubles ($ 48,120.30), the regulator said.
