The official SHiFT Status Twitter account has been weighted to handle news about multiplayer, crossplay and login to Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. At the time of writing, most players report a much more consistent experience. However, there are still unresolved issues with matchmaking and crossplay. It also appears that some of the work that has been done to fix connectivity issues has inadvertently affected Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands performance on some platforms. We have had periods of some improvement with the connection issues we see with online gaming, but we are seeing another round of this degraded performance and player logouts. We are working to alleviate this issue and restore internet functionality. https://t.co/JmzN3IjPbH – Status SHiFT (@SHiFTstatus) March 27, 2022 Original article Fans report extensive server downtime for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, with the game not coming out for a full day. There seems to be an issue with the SHiFT ransom key and an always-on internet connection, but developer Gearbox Software has said nothing about it. Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands started today in the hands of many eager and enthusiastic Borderlands fans. However, almost all players have mentioned a pop-up window that appears repeatedly on the left side of the screen. First, this pop-up tells you that you have lost your connection to the game servers and then tells you that you are logged in again. The pop-ups are repeated endlessly, but now they have stopped completely. This is because the servers for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands are offline. It is currently not possible for players to participate in a collaboration session or claim SHiFT codes. Anything that requires an internet connection is not available. Today, online services were functional, but players experienced many glitches and errors when making matches and playing together. It seems that Gearbox Software has disabled the servers so that it can tackle the essence of the problem and get things back on the internet. However, the developer has not yet commented on the situation at the time of writing. The only thing the game’s official Twitter account has posted are the shortened versions of the launch trailer.
