SHEBOYGAN FALLS, Wis. An 8-year-old boy died after being attacked inside the Plank Trail apartment building in Sheboygan Falls on Wednesday, March 30th. Oliver Hitchcock died on Friday, April 1st. Police say his mother is the person who injured him. The charges against Oliver’s mother have changed and include one count of first-degree intentional homicide and one count of intentional homicide. A criminal lawsuit with more details is expected next week. Police do not say exactly what happened, just a mother attacked her 8-year-old child. Police said the children’s father called 911 and launched what he called “rescue measures” before the boy was taken to Children’s Wisconsin in critical condition. The mother went to the hospital with “self-challenges”. He was released – and is now in Sheboygan County Jail.
