Antonio Sherrodd McGarity was sitting next to the terrified woman on Flight 3814 and was exposed to it shortly after takeoff on Saturday, the Daily Beast reported. The patient “exposed his penis by pulling down his pants and shorts and proceeded to masturbate during the first hour of the flight,” the woman said in a criminal lawsuit received by the socket. “It was suspected that McGarithy ejaculated because he licked a white substance from his fingers,” according to the complaint. The woman began taking pictures of McGarity, who allegedly used both his left and right hands to enjoy himself for about an hour before eventually falling asleep, according to the report. The victim reported his obscene behavior to a flight attendant and was allowed to move to another seat for the remaining two hours. The incident took place on a flight from Seattle to Phoenix. According to McGarity, the female witness put her hands in the air and said, “It really does not matter.” The man thought her response was “somewhat kinky” and believed he was comfortable masturbating, the complaint added. A Southwest spokesman told the Daily Beast that the airline had imposed a life ban on McGarity. “On April 2, we received reports of misconduct on Flight 3814 from SEA to PHX. “The situation was reported to the crew members during the flight and the captain contacted law enforcement to meet the aircraft upon arrival,” the spokesman said. “We immediately placed the passenger on the no-fly list, with the result that he was banned from traveling southwest for life.” Last year, a Southwest pilot was arrested for allegedly exposing his genitals during a flight from Philadelphia to Orlando, although he “did not witness the passengers,” according to court records cited by the agency.
