The Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) squad received a report of a suspect on the 43rd Line near the town of Zorra on Saturday morning. Police said they received the call around 5:25 p.m. and that when they arrived at the property they found a 30-year-old man with his vehicle stuck in the mud. Following an investigation, Kitchener’s man faces the following charges: • Stop and Enter Violation at night • Possession of a firearm or ammunition in violation of the prohibition order Possession of Break In Instruments • Possession of fake instruments Possession of Substance I Program for Marketing Purposes • Failure to comply with the suspension command x 2 The man is expected to appear in court in Ontario in Woodstock.
