Prosecutor Richard Edwards told Mold Crown Court that the 21-year-old defendant had taken the boy in her car over the weekend and taken him to her home. “They were watching TV before the accused took him to her bedroom,” he said. “He described the first time as a bit awkward.”

The court heard the couple kissing and having sex and the boy stayed overnight. Mr Edwards said Williams later texted the boy asking them to meet again. They went straight up to her bedroom and had sex. But the court heard that Williams wanted more relationship and the victim ended up blocking her in messaging applications. The school principal directly questioned the accused for the information. The accused denied that something illegal had happened “. Social services and police were alerted and the boy confirmed that the couple had had sex. The prosecutor added that some of the messages between them must have been exchanged at the school. Defendant Gemma Gordon said Williams was questioned earlier last year and confessed. But a postal order for the case was not sent until January. Williams pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual activity with a 15-year-old boy and abuse of trust. Williams had a new job in construction, he was working all over the country and he was doing well, the court said. They also received help for her mental health. It was described in a pre-proposal report as “low risk of recidivism”. Miss Gordon added: “She is in a new relationship that helped her.” Judge Nicola Saffman sentenced him to 12 months in prison with a suspended sentence and 150 hours of unpaid work. Williams, who showed no emotion in the chair, has to pay 6 576, has to register as a sex offender for 10 years and can no longer work with children. Judge Saffman said the “grooming” had taken place. He told Williams, Gerddi Arfonia, Criccieth, Gwynedd: “You knew what you were doing. “You worked to get involved in sex with him.” The boy broke off the relationship with her, but the accused wanted to continue. “Some of the messages took place on school premises, which is aggravating,” Judge Shafman said. But the judge acknowledged that there was a delay in the case and had restored herself. Read more related articles Read more related articles
