Troy Driver, a 41-year-old Nevada man, was arrested Friday on a charge of kidnapping in connection with Irion’s disappearance.
Irion was last seen on March 12
At a hearing Wednesday, Judge Lori Matheus set conditions for the Driver’s bail, which was previously set at $ 750,000.
If the suspect submits a guarantee, he will not be released until a GPS tracking device is installed, according to Matheus. Other conditions for his release include enhanced surveillance and lack of contact with the victim’s family.
Irias’s family was present in court but did not make any statements.
From 4:20 p.m. ET, the Driver was still in custody at Lyon County Detention Center.
The pre-trial hearing for the Driver is scheduled for April 5 and the preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 12.

Irion was last seen around 5 a.m. on March 12 at a Walmart car park in Fernley, Nevada, when she was abducted, according to the FBI.
Surveillance video showed a man in a gray hooded sweatshirt, dark pants or jeans and dark tennis shoes approaching Irion’s car at 5:24 p.m.
About a minute later, her vehicle was spotted leaving the parking lot with the man driving, said Detective Erik Kusmerz of the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
Irion’s vehicle was found near Walmart three days later.
