Firefighters discovered a body early Sunday morning after battling a wildfire in southeast Calgary. Police said fire crews were battling the blaze at Anderson and Macleod Trail around 4:20 a.m. when they discovered a body in the middle of the blaze. The fire was started by a passing motorist and police said they have not found any other witnesses to the fire. The identity of the deceased is currently unknown. The medical examiner is working to determine the cause of death and whether it is suspicious.
