Ava allegedly asked for an order of domestic violence against her classmate because he was watching her and following her to the school premises.
She testified in Collier court today, seeking precautionary measures that would prevent her alleged pursuer from having any contact with her.
The student, who is not named because he is under 18 years old, allegedly sent a threatening video of himself shooting at a distance.
Ava also said the student exchanged messages with another stalker, Eric Rohan Justin, who allegedly tried to kill her last year.
The student claimed that he had warned Ava about Justin, telling her that he had a gun and wanted to attack her.
Ava and her family have shared that they are deeply afraid for her safety and that she had to drop out of school due to the growing threats from the alleged pursuer.
After an hour and a half of hearing, the judge debated for about 10 minutes before finally deciding to dismiss the case.
In June 2021, Eric Rohan Justin appeared at the Majury family home in Florida with a shotgun, allegedly plotting to shoot Ava in her sleep.
Ava’s father, Rob, a retired police officer, shot and killed Justin after he tried to break into the house.
Rob Majury was not convicted because of his Stand Your Ground Law Protections in Florida.
Ava’s parents allegedly allowed the TikTok star to sell selfies to Justin for $ 300 weeks before the incident.
Even with the threat of two pursuers, her parents allowed her to remain on social media and she continues to have active accounts on Instagram and TikTok.
“As parents, all we wanted was the best for Ava,” Rob and Kim Mazzouri told Fox News in a joint statement.
“While becoming famous on social media was not in the plan, we fully support our daughter’s efforts. We never in our wildest dreams believed that a fun hobby could lead to a near-fatal experience.”
The tough trolls tried to blame Ava and told her to stay away from social media.
In a comment he left on Ava’s Instagram, a troll wrote: “It’s really your fault that you are sexualizing yourself too much.
“You even sold him photos instead of blocking him in the beginning, you killed a man lol.”
