A Devon and Cornwall police spokesman confirmed that two vehicles were involved in a collision, causing three casualties. Two people were airlifted to hospital after two ambulances were seen landing in Victoria Park after the incident. Marldon Road at Blatchcombe Road is currently closed. Colley End Road is also closed from the A380 to Victoria Park. Two vehicles are involved on Marldon Street [not Colley End as first reported]. It is believed that there were three victims.
