The Russian government has not confirmed that any of its generals have been killed in Ukraine. It has severely curtailed any information leaks and barred its soldiers from carrying their smartphones into battle. Ruslan Leviev, a founding member of the Russian Open Source Analysis Team, Conflict Intelligence Team, said only one general was confirmed to have been killed by social media images of his funeral, but that a campaign that had stopped making them vulnerable. “The attack has stalled and the generals are trying to resolve it,” he said. “To resolve the situation, the command staff apparently goes to the front line, which is located by the Ukrainian army, which then fires at their positions with different types of weapons.”
