Footage from security cameras released by Russia’s state-run media channel RIA Novosti appeared to show several rockets being fired at the warehouse and detonating explosions. Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of Belgorod, where the attack took place, wrote on social media that two Ukrainian helicopters carried out the operation while flying at low altitude.
