At least two people were injured when a warehouse near the Russian city of Belgorod was hit by rockets on Friday, local officials said after helicopters were seen flying low across the border. The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense did not confirm or deny responsibility. It would be the first such air raid on Russian soil during the war, although Ukraine has in the past fired missiles and artillery shells across the border. Russia has released a video of the plant burning, saying the incident would not help the peace talks, which have been under way for some time today.
