Vernon RCMP seeks public assistance in locating a wanted person. Jesse Gerald Gallant, 32, has pending warrants for fraud and identity theft. Police believe he may be in the North Okanagan. Gallant is described as: Caucasian, five feet four inches tall, 122 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
